Last batch: WBA in Israel

Disinfecting the nargilah.
Not sure it worked-- we all got sick anyways.

Yom huledet sameach.

With the Phan.

Banias Waterfall:
We drove 2 hours north to see this waterfall.

The problem was, it had been raining so much the past few days that the water was filled with mud. This is what it looked like w/o the color filter:

Muddy.

Aerial view.
Would have been a cool hike, but it was way too muddy.

Ancient structure carved into the cliff.

Next, we headed over to Tel Dan.
Water was super clear and cold.

The entire hike was a stone-laid path with freshwater streams occasionally running underneath.

It seriously felt like it.

THE END

Nearly four months after the fact, the photographic summary of my winter break adventures is now uploaded. All photo credit goes to the world's best travel buddy Eunice Song.

I am now on spring break. I'm planning on chilling in Israel for a bit, then heading back to Egypt for just under a week and a half. I'm going to revisit a few places and then stay in the Sinai for the first time. I still don't have a camera. STILL. I need one desperately, but the mark-up is so high in Israel that I may have to wait until I visit the States in June. Awful.
